[PATCH 2/3] ide-cd: cleanup cdrom_decode_status

- have (almost) equal handling of commands based solely on sense_key

- carve out an ide_cd_breathe()-helper for fs write requests

- make code more readable

There should be no functional change resulting from this patch.
