The below works for me testing on a Juno R1 board with PSCI, using defconfig + CONFIG_PROVE_LOCKING=y + CONFIG_DEBUG_LOCKDEP=y + CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP=y. I'm not sure how to test the LPI / FFH part, but it looks good to me.
