New name for ia64/pstore tree/branch for linux-next

I'm up and running on the new improved kernel.org - but I took the opportunity to
shed the "-2.6" from my git tree name, and also changed the name of the
branch you should pull from "test" to "next".

Since there are non-ia64 bits in it, perhaps you might want to change the
first field as well to "ia64-pstore"???
