Upcoming release of i2c-tools

Hi all,

It's been a year since i2c-tools 4.0 was released, and a few fixes and
features have accumulated since then, so I was thinking it may be the
right time to release 4.1. This could happen next week if nobody
objects. If any known fix is missing from the git repository, please
let me know quickly.
