[PATCH v4 1/6] Add Advantech iManager MFD core driver

This patch adds Advantech iManager Embedded Controller MFD core driver.
This mfd core dirver provides an interface for GPIO, I2C, HWmon,
Watchdog, and Backlight/Brightness control.
