Hi. Attached please find a patch that adds read SMBus block data capability to i2cget. This allows for reading such things, for example, as MFR_MODEL or MFR_SERIAL registers from PMBus devices. That capability is highly helpful for those developing drivers for new or custom devices. The block data is output in a 'hexdump -C' format.
