[PULL REQUEST] i2c/for-current

Linus,

since my old email and repos are not working anymore, and this already
caused some confusion, I think a MAINTAINERS update for 3.8 is helpful.
So, people trying I2C with the new kernel can properly reach me and find
my repos. Please pull this update.
