Applied, with minor improvements:
* Keep the PCI IDs sorted numerically.
* Update Kconfig and driver documentation file.

Resulting patch is at:
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/jdelvare/linux-2.6/jdelvare-i2c/i2c-piix4-add-support-for-broadcom-ht1100.patch
and will be merged in 2.6.30.
