We can use https://www.golinuxcloud.com/nmcli-command-examples-cheatsheet-centos-rhel/#18_Disable_IPv6_Address_for_ethernet_connection_IPV6INIT as a reference. So setting the method should be common to both ipv4 and ipv6.
