[RFC PATCH 0/6] hv_sock: Hardening changes

Miscellaneous changes to "harden" the hv_sock driver and enable it
in isolated guests.  The diff in ring_buffer.c, hyperv.h is due to
a consequent refactoring/code elimination (patch #6).

Applies to v5.18-rc2.
