Implement ioctls for dxgcontext creation/destruction: LX_DXCREATECONTEXTVIRTUAL(D3DKMTCreateContextVirtual), LX_DXDESTROYCONTEXT(D3DKMTDestroyContext) A dxgcontext object represents a GPU execution thread. GPU DMA buffers and synchronization operations are submitted for execution to a GPU context. GPU contexts belong to a dxgdevice object.
