This is the third version of your patch, and the subject should include the subsystem and affected driver, such as [PATCH v3] hwmon: (max6620) Update broken Datasheet URL in driver documentation You should also provide change logs. I'll fix up subject and the spelling errors, but please keep that in mind for future submissions. Please also note that the subject prefix is subsystem specific.
