It's not lack of interest, but rather lack of time. I should be able to have a look at this sometime the week after next.

I'd love to know if you're still likely to look into this.

As part of the shift away from memory-mapped GPIO and sysfs on Raspberry Pi, I have some legacy devices which need PWM on arbitrary pins and no canonical solution. As such- I am interested!
