As I said. pinctrl has also gpio part and based on discussion with SCMI guys this protocol can be also used for simple gpio. That's why here should be also listed #gpio-cells to be able to use this functionality.

And for complete implementation it should be also added to driver it but of course this can be added later by separate patch.
