	gpio: Make the legacy <linux/gpio.h> consumer-only
	ARM: s3c24xx: Use the right include
	ARM: orion/gpio: Use the right include
	hte: tegra-194: Use proper includes
	pcmcia: pxa2xx_viper: Include dependency
