[PATCH 2/6] dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom,pmic-mpp: switch to #interrupt-cells

Stop specifying individual interrupts properties. Use #interrupt-cells
instead as we are switching qcom,spmi-mpp and qcom,ssbi-mpp to
hierarchical IRQ setup.
