Internal error: arm64: allmodconfig

Hi,

I've got an "Internal error: Oops" when I was running an arm64
allmodconfig kernel
from linux-next, tag: next-20191211.
I disabled CONFIG_DEBUG_TEST_DRIVER_REMOVE and I didn't see this.

Have anyone seen this before?
