[PATCH v1 2/9] pinctrl: baytrail: Remove unneeded MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE()

Since the driver can't be compiled as a module, there is no need
to use no-op macros in the code.

Thus, remove unneeded MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() macro from the driver.
