I'm basing this on the Hi Robert, Sorry for the confusion, you are indeed right, the patch was not applied. I've prepared the patchset re-enabled the gpio_pxa driver in config, but applied an old patchset. Tested with the patch applied, this indeed works as appropriate with suspend.
