Fixes these warnings:

  pinctrl-aspeed.c:112: warning: Function parameter or member 'map' not
  described in 'aspeed_sig_desc_eval'
  pinctrl-aspeed.c:112: warning: Excess function parameter 'regmap'
  description in 'aspeed_sig_desc_eval'
