Could you file a kernel bugzilla about this, attach these files there
and assign it to me? Let's follow up there. In addition please attach
dmesg from before and after revert preferably so that you have following
options enabled in the kernel .config:

  CONFIG_DEBUG_PINCTRL=y
  CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG=y
