[PATCH 2/2] pinctrl: zynq: Fix warnings in the driver

This patch fixes the below warning
        --> Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'.
        --> line over 80 characters.
        --> Prefer 'unsigned int **' to bare use of 'unsigned **'.
