[PATCH 2/2] gpio: xgene-sb: select IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY

This driver calls irq_domain_hierarchy() and irq_chip_*_parent().
They are available only when CONFIG_IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY is enabled.
