You seem to be missing a few, such as CCU_GATE, CCU_MUX, CCU_PHASE.
The list should at least be the same as the included headers.

P does not do /8. Please add a limit.

This is also mentioned in the user manual. You can leave it out.

Also, please leave a note mentioning that support for the SATA clock
output of the peripheral PLL is not implemented here.

Why do you have this set for only some of the PLLs? Either you need it
for all of them, or you don't need it for any of them.

I think this is a somewhat simplified approach. From what I understand
of the user manual, the SATA clock path look like:

[ PLL-PERIPH0-SATA ] -\
                      mux @ 0x34 bit 30 --- gate @ 0x34 bit 14 --- ...
[ PLL-SATA ] ---------/

... from above ... ------\
                         mux @ 0xc8 bit 24 --- gate @ 0xc8 bit 31
[ external oscillator ] -/

If you choose to simplify the implementation, please include a detailed
note as to why you chose to do so, and the validity of the simplification.

pll-video1 is not listed in the manual.

Please leave a note mentioning that you only implement support for the "MIPI" mode.
You should also force it at probe time. See the driver for the A31.

The mixer processor is unrelated to the display engine.
Please drop the "de" part of the name.

Please stick to the names in the user manual.
They are hdmi0 and hdmi1.

Please stick to the names used in the user manual.
They are "tcon-lcdN" and "tcon-tvN".

The gate is documented in the user manual. What part is a guess?

This clock has a mux. Even with only one parent, you should still
implement the mux, so the kernel can recover from cases where some
other piece of software left it in a bad state.

Also the divider is of the power of two type.

The parents are not sequential. You need a mux table here.

Why bother with the 3 clocks below, if you aren't going to use them as parents
for the 3 usb-ohci gates above? The user manual states the gates are for both
48M and 12M clocks.

You should have pre-dividers here so the clk subsystem can report correct
clk rates.

This is called "dsi-dphy" in the user manual. Looking at the A31,
it had "dsi-sclk" in the upper 16 bits. So please use "dsi-dphy"
or "mipi-dsi-dphy" here.

You should probably have CLK_SET_RATE_PARENT here.

Please use pre-dividers instead of "osc24M-32k".
