[GIT PULL] pinctrl: samsung: Fixes for v4.11 and stuff for v4.12

Hi Linus,

Both pulls rebased on v4.11-rc1. The stuff for v4.12 was also shared
(as separate sub-tag) to MFD (Lee Jones) for his work (it is a dependency).
