In general, we mostly have them as individual patches, as they are referenced from board dts files. Here since it's used in the dtsi, you can just include them. See commit ed473ebd9c15 ("ARM: dts: sun9i: Add Reduced Serial Bus controller device node to A80 dtsi") on how I described it.
