Driver returns -EOPNOTSUPPORTED on unsupported parameters case in set config. Upper level driver checks for -ENOTSUPP. Because of the return code mismatch, the ioctls from userspace fail. Resolve the issue by passing -ENOTSUPP during unsupported case.
