This is wrong. we have to unmap the DAX inodes during *every*
shutdown that XFS executes. Hence it needs to be done inside
xfs_do_force_shutdown(), not in addition to the shutdown when the
block device is pulled. i.e. something like this in
xfs_do_force_shutdown():
