Since dedupe can't be combined with copy or reflink either, we might as well
say:

if ((flags & COPY_FR_DEDUPE) && (flags & ~COPY_FR_DEDUPE))
	return -EINVAL;

and let the per-fs copy_file_range()s dispatch appropriately.
