As far as I can judge, Hin-Tak Leung <htl10@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> tried to discuss likewise issue many times. Anyway, the reason of this issue is synchronization issue with b-tree's nodes locking technique, from my point of view. Unfortunately, I hadn't opportunity for this activity during last time.
