As of now, I'm not familiar with flashbench.
But, I suggest you can reference the following survey written by Arnd.

In the table, there are two parameters you need to consider carefully.
- Allocation unit
  : -s section_size, multiple of 2MB segment
- # open AUs linear
  : mount option, -o active_logs=n (one of 2, 4, and 6)

BTW, it is very hard to retreive the zone size by the timing attack, but
usually I believe the section size is the most critical parameter to the
NAND firmware.

You can add just "tiff,aac,wav,ts,flv,pdf".
Other extensions are already added by default.
