BTW, what number is used for root dir? If it is 0 (0 is special ino in
glibc), we have to use MSDOS_ROOT_INO instead.

(offset parent_i_pos_hi) / 4 == 2. Wrong.

Do we have to care (FILEID_FAT_WITH_PARENT and fh_len < 5) here?
