dd if=/dev/scd0 of=cd.iso kernel BUG

Hello.

I have an LFS 6.3 system in VMWare. When I try to make iso image from CD or 
DVD.
I always get kernel BUG. See attachment.

When I install Ubuntu into same VMWare dd is working correcly.

Am I missing something?

I can't get this BUG written in /var/log/kern.log. Is there any way to get 
it in text form.
