Protect the inode hash with a single lock is not scalable. Convert the inode hash to use the new bit-locked hash list implementation that allows per-bucket locks to be used. This allows us to replace the global inode_lock with finer grained locking without increasing the size of the hash table. Based on a patch originally from Nick Piggin.
