Will /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/ exist if
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE=n ?

Or put another way, if /sys/kernel/mm/transparent_hugepage/ doesn't
exist, is that a sign that hugepages aren't enabled?
