Ugh, AS_WRITEBACK_ASYNC probably doesn't work either since NFS is also
async. Okay, maybe "AS_WRITEBACK_INDETERMINATE" then? We can keep
riffing on this, for v5 I'll submit it using
AS_WRITEBACK_INDETERMINATE.
