[PATCH v1 4/4] exportfs: Remove EXPORT_OP_ASYNC_LOCK

Now that GFS2 and OCFS2 are signalling async ->lock() support with
FOP_ASYNC_LOCK and checks for support are converted, we can remove
EXPORT_OP_ASYNC_LOCK.
