[PATCH 2/2] netfs: Rename CONFIG_FSCACHE_DEBUG to CONFIG_NETFS_DEBUG

CONFIG_FSCACHE_DEBUG should have been renamed to CONFIG_NETFS_DEBUG, so do
that now.
