 Thanks for reporting. The kernel builds fine with
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kees/linux.git
for-next/execve.
The issue is with loongarch-randconfig, which has CONFIG_SYSCTL set to
"n". It is needed for this patch.
