DUMP_PARAM and ftrace_dump_by_param() is a bit of a misnomer, because it
optionally also dumps the original buffer, not just the instances. That's
probably OK though.

Btw, hopefully the "trace off on warning" and related boot parameters also apply
to instances, I haven't personally checked but I often couple those with the
dump-on-oops ones.
