[PATCH 6/6] fs: xfs: Set FMODE_CAN_ATOMIC_WRITE for FS_XFLAG_ATOMICWRITES set

For when an inode is enabled for atomic writes, set FMODE_CAN_ATOMIC_WRITE
flag.
