Hi, Not sure if it's the kernel or the mount tool (more likely to be mount tool? As switching back to v6.3 doesn't help), but 'atime' mount option caused Btrfs/Ext4/Xfs to fail without any useful error messages: # mkfs.ext4 test.img # mount -o atime test.img /mnt/data/ mount: /mnt/data: not mount point or bad option. dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call. # dmesg | tail -n 4 [ 161.802061] loop0: detected capacity change from 0 to 2097152 [ 168.729867] loop0: detected capacity change from 0 to 2097152 [ 168.741244] EXT4-fs (loop0): mounted filesystem 3ed71bc6-d7d0-43d3-9f9a-7187133d83d4 r/w with ordered data mode. Quota mode: none. [ 168.742701] EXT4-fs (loop0): unmounting filesystem 3ed71bc6-d7d0-43d3-9f9a-7187133d83d4. The same applies to XFS and Btrfs, none of the mount tool or dmesg shows any clue on this. For the btrfs part, the mount entrance (btrfs_mount()) returned no error, thus it's pretty weird why the mount can still fail. Is this a known problem? Thanks, Qu
