This is a behavioral change that needs documenting in the changelog if nothing else but I think it may be actually problematic if the filesystem's ->put_super method gets called on frozen filesystem. So I think we may need to also block attempts to unmount frozen filesystem - actually GFS2 needs this as well [1].
