I think this would read better as:

	if (unlikely(workingset)) {
		psi_memstall_enter(&pflags);
		error = filler(file, folio);
		psi_memstall_leave(&pflags);
	} else {
		error = filler(file, folio);
	}
  	if (error)
  		return error;
