$ git cat-file -p next-20090330:Next/Trees | grep osd
osd		git	git://git.open-osd.org/linux-open-osd.git#linux-next

i.e. its in there.  Those particular patches have been in linux-next
since next-20090326 and presumably have been built by the
all{yes,mod}config builds I do.
