[Q] Does vfat implementation suffer from fragmentaition?

Hello All,

Okay, I may be embarrassing myself here but still i ll dare to ask.

Does FAT16/FAT32 implementation in linux(i.e VFAT) suffer from the
same fragmentation issues, faced by a standard FAT* filesystem on a
Windows Box?
