Ext4 and full partition

Hi,
   I filled my /home partition doing rsync. No problems, bit with
dmesg I read this:

[55182.075167] EXT4-fs error (device dm-2): ext4_ext_search_right: bad
header in inode #700523: unexpected eh_depth - magic f30a, entries 37,
max 84(0), depth 1(2)
[55182.099534] mpage_da_map_blocks block allocation failed for inode
700523 at logical offset 367557 with max blocks 3975 with error-5
[55182.099539] This should not happen.!! Data will be lost

Should I be worried?
