[PATCH v6 16/16] doc: Update documentation of ->exec_*_mutex

This brings the outdated Documentation/security/credentials.rst
back in line with the current implementation, and describes the
purpose of current->signal->exec_update_mutex,
current->signal->exec_guard_mutex and
current->signal->unsafe_execve_in_progress.
