You can find the latest patches here: http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/penberg/linux/revoke/patches/ and user-space tests here: http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/penberg/linux/revoke/utils/ What they are lacking is review so I am not sure how to proceed with the patches.
