I *think* replacing omapdss_of_get_first_endpoint() with
of_graph_get_endpoint_by_regs(0, -1) is functionally equivalent in all
cases, but a confirmation from Tomi would be nice. I wonder if it
wouldn't be time to drop the fbdev driver though...
